You can pay for your car wash through the app using a credit or debit card. We also accept payment through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Yes, you can tip your wash technician through the app. Simply open the app and tap on the “Tip” button to leave a tip for your wash technician.

At Ridey, we offer satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your car wash, please contact us at support@ridey.com and we will make it right.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us through the app, emailing us at support@ridey.com, or calling us at (949) 993-3000. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and may charge a late cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
